Cancellation Policy

At Devoted Car Care, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

* Appointment Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.

* Grace Period: We offer a 30-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time.

* Late Arrival: If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late for their appointment, the appointment will be cancelled automatically.

* Cancellation Fee: In the event of a late cancellation (arriving more than 30 minutes late), the full amount for the scheduled service will be charged. This fee compensates for the reserved time slot and any potential lost business.

* Rescheduling: Clients who miss their appointment due to late arrival may reschedule, but a new appointment will be subject to availability and will require a new booking and payment.

* Rescheduling within 24 Hours: Should you choose to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the original booking time, any new location or time will be subject to availability. We allow a 15-minute grace period to arrange a new booking or time.

* Acceptance of Terms: By making a booking via our website, Facebook, or in person, you accept these terms and conditions.

* Notification: Clients are responsible for notifying us as soon as possible if they anticipate being late. While we cannot guarantee accommodation for late arrivals, we appreciate the communication.
